  1. Development and conducting on-site training classes for all clients.
  2. Configuration of Microsoft Internet Information Servers and SQL servers with Active Server Page applications.
  3. Performing quality control reviews to maximize system utilization and minimize production interruptions
  4. Developing Netscape Enterprise Server Live Wire websites utilizing server side Java scripts, allowing access to Integration Lab MS Access databases, for sign-up, scheduling and reporting. In addition SQL statements were used to update and retrieve data, via ODBC connections.
  5. Creation, maintenance and training of a Netscape Enterprise Server website for desktop support documentation
  6. Conversion of Netscape Enterprise Server systems to Microsoft's Internet Information Server 4.0.
  7. Provided Technical Support in Aetna Financial Systems Integration Lab for quality assurance and Y2K certification. Lab consisted of 12 Unix Servers, 14 NT Servers and 50 NT Workstations and a staff of six. 189 multi-tier systems were certified Y2K compliant.
  8. Setup and maintained the lab network for proof of concept for in-house and vendor purchased application testing.
  9. Trained AETNA professional staff in desktop applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
