Hey everyone....so I jumped into
the Atlantic on Saturday September 10th at around 2:15 PM. There were about
30 people there to greet me. It was a beautiful, sunny day with temps around
75. I couldn't have asked for a better finish. We hung around till about 6
PM and then went out for a fun evening. Thank you to everyone who showed
support throughout the trip. I couldn't have done this without you. Take it
easy and stay positive.

A recent news story carried a quote from me that was taken out of context
and does not represent my views. The quote was "Why settle for just having a
job and getting married? Why not just do something different? Why not just
live?" What I meant was that it's OK to do something crazy, such as running
across the country. Do what makes you happy. Follow your dreams. Think big.
In no way did I intend to put down marriage or work. Part of my message is
that all of us can do more than we think we can. Think positive.
