Ran with willy on sep.2 from Milford trough West haven and stopped near the border of New Haven(connecticut) This was an amzing experience running with jon. As a 16 year old boy running with such an inspiration, it really gave made me look up to him. I work at the shoe store that gives him his orthotics and shoes. and once i herd he was coming into milford i knew i had to take the chance and run with him. so right after cross country practice ( 5k tempo run ) i went off on the streets looking for him. When i found him he had police escorts with him and it was just me and him from milford to the boarder of west haven. Then they dropped off and it came down to just me and him. We pretty much covered every thing you can think of. talked about who are heroes are and so on. After the run i was just amazed. Ill never forget this. jamie
